Hamburg. (bm) The owners of the Balzac Coffee Company announced that they have entered into an agreement for Espresso House to acquire the coffee chain. Existing management will continue to operate the company. Espresso House is majority owned by JAB Holding Company. JAB Holding Company is a privately held group focused on long-term investments in companies with premium brands, attractive growth and strong margin dynamics in the Consumer Goods category.
