Global Industry: Costa Coffee continues to perform strongly

Hamburg. (bm) British Whitbread PLC reported its trading update for Q3/2014. Costa Coffee, Europe´s largest coffee shop chain and part of Whitbread, continues to perform strongly, growing total system sales by 15.9 percent to 1’022.0 million GBP, (17.5 percent at constant currency). Within this, franchise sales were up 14.7 percent to 398.1 million GBP. Other topics of the week:
