Global Industry: AGF Bakery-Convention now bilingual

Bremerhaven. (bm) Tobias Schuhmacher, Executive Secretary of Germany’s AGF (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Getreideforschung) had the chance to take part in the AIBI congress in Manchester (UK) this year. Several participants there told him, that they often had heard of the «Tagung für Bäckerei-Technologie» in Detmold, but never would come to Detmold due to the fact that they wouldn’t understand a word. AGF now decided to offer a simultaneous translation for the 70. Convention of Baking-Technology so that all bakers from all over Europe (and the rest of the world) have the opportunity to take part in the Convention. Other topics of the week:
